¹The stream flowed in from the west, dividing the village in two. ²On each side were clusters of houses, mixed with orchards and groves of rubber trees. ³A path on one of the stream banks cut down to a strip of sand on the inside of a sharp bend, like an elbow in the stream. ⁴The stream was not deep, but still the flow of water was steady. ⁵A Lum Paw tree jutting out from the bank cast a cool, pleasant shade over the beach and the stream.

¹The heat was severe, and the land sat baking in the sunlight. ²The rubber trees had lost their leaves, and the bare branches were stretched out defenseless against the sun. ³It was quiet there. ⁴The grass wasn't moving. ⁵The coconut trees on the bank had lost their tops and were dead. ⁶Everything had surrendered to the power of the sun at noon.

¹Then five kids came along. ²The biggest boy walked in front. ³There were three other boys, and the smallest of the group was a girl who was wearing no shirt. ⁴Her cheeks had turned a deep red from the sun. ⁵So had her bare shoulders and back. ⁶The five of them were walking along a path covered in rubber-tree leaves, which rustled as the friends walked along. ⁷They came to the top of the stream bank and scrambled down. ⁸The boys cheered when they made it to the shade of the tree. ⁹They were gasping for breath, like dogs that had been following a monk.

¹The oldest boy turned to the girl. ²"What about you?" he asked. ³"You look tired. ⁴Why did you want to come along, anyway? ⁵We told you it was going to be hot, but you don't believe us."

¹The girl turned away. ²Her foot was digging a ridge in the sand. ³Her hair was cut in a square, surrounding her face in right angles. ⁴Under her bangs she had curved eyebrows and fine, upturned eyelashes that blinked often. ⁵From a distance, she looked like a big doll with no shirt. ⁶Her complexion was the same as the biggest boy's.

¹"Let's get in the water," one of them said.

¹"Do you want to play The Stick Game?" the oldest boy said.

¹In no time, the boys had taken off their clothes and thrown them on a hump of sand, leaving themselves naked. ²The smallest boy ran out and jumped in the water with a loud splash. ³The others started to follow.

¹แล้ว เด็กชาย ทั้งหมด ก็รีบถอด เสื้อ ผ้าผลัดกอง ไว้บนเนินทราย เหลือ ตัวล่อนจ้อน    ²เด็กชายร่างเล็กออก วิ่งนำ หน้าพุ่งโผนลง ใน น้ำดัง ตูม ใหญ่    ³เพื่อนๆ กระโดดตาม ไปติดๆ   

¹"Stay in the shallow water," the oldest boy warned. ²"Don't go any deeper, or you'll drown." ³Then he jumped in after them. ⁴The girl was left alone on the sand.

¹The boys swam in the middle of the stream, where the water came up to their necks. ²The deepest part was a pool by the beach, under the tree. ³That was at the wide bend in the stream, where the water flowed slowly. ⁴Up above the water was the big branch, hanging right out over the pool.

¹The biggest boy swam down the stream. ²He got out and broke off a small branch, then swam back to his friends.

¹เด็กชายคนโตว่าย น้ำตัด คลอง ไป อีกทางหนึ่ง ²แล้ว ขึ้น ไป หักกิ่ง ไม้เล็กๆ    ติดมือ กลับมา เขาว่ายย้อนมาหา เพื่อนๆ    ที่รอ อยู่ พร้อมกับ ตะโกนบอก เสียงดัง

¹"Let's play," he said. ²"I'll go first." ³He dove under the water with the stick. ⁴In a moment he came up again.

¹"เล่นดำปักกันเลยนะ... ²กูจะดำลง ไปก่อน"    ³พูดจบก็ผลุบหายลง ไป พร้อมกิ่ง ไม้ ในมือ    ⁴สักครู่จึงโผล่พรวดขึ้นมา

¹"OK. ²Let's see if you can find it!" he said as a signal to start. ³The other boys dove under the water, and the game had begun.

¹"เอาเลย... ²ใคร แน่ จริงหา ให้พบ" เขาร้องบอก เป็นการเปิด เกม    ³คนอื่นๆ    รีบดำลง ไปทันที    การ เล่นดำปักจึงเริ่ม แต่บัดนั้น

¹The stream was so clear that you could almost count the grains on the bottom. ²The little girl went down and put both of her feet in the water. ³She watched the boys playing their game. ⁴As they swam around, waves slapped against the banks of the stream. ⁵The boys were having a great time. ⁶One of them dove down and put the stick in the sand at the bottom of the stream, and whoever could dive down and find it got to come up and hit the others a few times before he dove down and hid it again. ⁷The swimming and diving turned their eyes red.

¹New shouts came from the path. ²The girl turned and saw four more boys running at top speed toward the water, whooping with delight. ³This new group whipped off their clothes and in no time at all were in the water with the first group of boys, splashing away. ⁴It had taken only a moment for that stream to become packed with naked boys.

¹The girl was still sitting in the same place. ²She was drawing squares in the sand.

¹เด็ก หญิง ยัง นั่ง อยู่ที่เดิม ²คอยกวาดทราย เข้าหม ตัว แล้วพูนตะล่อม ขึ้น เป็นคันยาวต่อกันสี่ ด้าน ในรูปสี่ เหลี่ยมผืน ผ้า

¹"I'll make a house," she told herself. ²Her eyes sparkled dreamily while she scraped up more sand. ³The sand was moist and easy to pack together. ⁴Before long she was surrounded by square plots in the sand. ⁵It looked like a small field with ridges of sand as its borders.

¹"This can be the bedroom," she said as she made a new ridge, dividing a large block in half. ²"This is the kitchen ... and that's mommy and daddy's room ... ."

¹As she decided where the rooms were, she built up ridges of sand, to make walls. ²She made three small rooms, then squatted down and looked at what she had made. ³She seemed pleased with her work.

¹The moist sand covered her hands and feet and by now was stuck under her nails. ²She tilted her head, looking at what she had done. ³She studied everything carefully, like a construction foreman inspecting an unfinished building, and when she saw something she didn't like, she went back and fixed it. ⁴She moved back and forth on the sand, studying her house from different angles.

¹"It's here. ²The stick is here!" ³She saw one of the boys hold the branch up over his head, then dive back under the water. ⁴The girl went back to looking at her house, then gave an excited smile.

¹"อยู่นี่ๆ    ²ไม้ อยู่นี่..."    ³เธอเห็น เด็กชายคนหนึ่ง ชูกิ่ง ไม้ ขึ้น เหนือ หัว แล้วดำหายลง ไป ใน น้ำ    ⁴เด็ก หญิง กลับมามองบ้านดินทราย อีก ครั้ง แล้วยิ้ม ขึ้นอย่าง ตื่น เต้น

¹"I'll plant some trees, too." ²She ran off to some trees that were growing nearby. ³She brought back two or three sticks and three red wildflowers.

¹"ฉันจะ ปลูกต้น ไม้ ด้วย"    เธอว่า    ²พร้อมกับ วิ่งออก ไป ยังแนวป่าชายหาด    ³หักกิ่ง ไม้ติดมือมาสองสามกิ่ง    มีดอก เข็มป่าสีแดง อยู่ ด้วยสามดอก

¹"This is a mango tree," she decided as she pushed a stick in the sand. ²"Here's a wood-apple tree." ³She put in another stick. ⁴"And this is a ... let's see ... ⁵I want a durian tree here." ⁶When she put in that stick, all that was left in her hand were the bright flowers.

¹"ตรงนี้ต้นมะม่วง"    เธอพูด ขึ้นเมื่อปักกิ่ง ไม้ลงบน พื้นทรายชิดแนวคันดิน    ²"ตรงนี้ต้นกระท้อน" ³เธอปักกิ่งไม้ลง ไป อีกหนึ่ง ⁴"ตรงนี้ต้นอะไรดีนะ...อ้อ...    ⁵ปลูกต้นทุเรียนดีกว่า..." ⁶ว่าแล้วเธอ ก็ปักลง ไป อีก ในมือ เหลือ เพียงดอก เข็มป่าสีสดใส

¹"This is the front of the house," she said as she smoothed out the sand. ²"There have to be some flowers out front. ³I'll plant these red rambutan flowers."

¹"ตรงนี้หน้าบ้าน"    เธอว่า พร้อมกับ กวาดทรายจนเรียบ    ²"หน้าบ้านจะต้อง ปลูกดอก ไม้ ³...ฉันจะ ปลูกดอก ไม้ เงาะสีแดง นี่"

¹She stuck the wildflowers in the place she had just smoothed out. ²Now the house she had built in the sand was filled out with clusters of red and green plants. ³She jumped in and sat in one of the squares, and she clapped softly.

¹The noontime sun still hung overhead. ²The shadow of the tree had shrunk down to nothing. ³The boys began coming out of the stream. ⁴Their hands and feet had turned pale from the water, their mouths green as the top of a Wai Ling tree .

¹One of the tougher-looking boys from the second group ran up on the sand. ²He made as if to walk right over the newly built house in the sand. ³The owner of the sand house cried out.

¹เด็กชายท่าทางซุกซนที่มากับ กลุ่มหลัง วิ่ง ขึ้นบนหาด    ²ผ่านบ้านดินทรายของเด็ก หญิงอย่างหมิ่นเหม่    ³เจ้าของบ้านตก ใจร้องลั่น

¹"Don't step on it! ²This is my house!"

¹"Where? ²What house? ³All I can see is sand," he said, stopping. ⁴"Those are pretty flowers. ⁵May I have one?" ⁶The boy came up close and snatched one of the wildflowers. ⁷The girl jumped up out of the square where she had been sitting.

¹"Don't take that. ²It's my flower. ³Give it here!"

¹"อย่าเอา ไป..... ²ดอกไม้ของฉัน.... ³เอามานี่ๆ"

¹The boy ran in a circle around the house, holding the flower out tauntingly. ²He bared his teeth at her, like a monkey.

¹เด็กชาย วิ่งวน ไปรอบๆ    บ้านดินทราย ยื่นดอก ไม้แกว่งไกวหลอกล่อ    ²แยกเขี้ยวยิง ฟัน เหมือนลูกลิง

¹"It's right here. ²Come and get it!" he dared her. ³Then he ran back and forth over the sand. ⁴The girl screamed when she saw that her house was now covered with footprints.

¹"อยู่นี่ๆ    ²มาเอาซี" เขาร้องท้า    ³แล้ว วิ่งข้ามแนวทราย ไปมา    ⁴เด็ก หญิงร้องลั่น เมื่อ เห็นบ้านดินทรายของเธอราบเรียบกับ รอย ตีน

¹"You're stupid! ²Why did you do that to me?" ³The girl was nearly crying. ⁴But she was so angry that she couldn't do anything.

¹"ไอ้บ้า... ²แกล้งฉันทำไม" ³เธอแทบร้องไห้    ⁴หันรีหัน ขวาง ด้วย ความ ขุ่นเคือง

¹"Come get me, then," the boy kept taunting her. ²"Catch me and I'll give you ten bottles. ³I'll give you ten whiskers!" ⁴He ran down to the water. ⁵Then he tore the flowers into pieces, crumpled them up, and threw them into the water. ⁶They began floating away.

¹The girl sank back on the sand. ²Tears came to her eyes. ³She looked sadly at the house that had been stomped on. ⁴The leftover flowers were almost completely buried. ⁵She pulled them out carefully and gently wiped off the sand.

¹เด็ก หญิงทรุด นั่งบนผืนทราย    ²น้ำตาไหล ซึม    ³เธอมองดูบ้านดินทรายที่ฟังราบเพราะรอย เท้า ด้วย ความ เสียหาย    ⁴ดอกเข็มป่าที่ เหลือจมทราย เสียเกือบมิด    ⁵เธอค่อยๆ    ดึงขึ้นมาอย่างทะนุถนอม ปัดทรายออก เบาๆ

¹"That's OK," she said to herself. ²"I can build another one." ³And again she was digging in the sand. ⁴This time she moved down closer to the stream and scooped sand out from under the water and began to cover her legs. ⁵Her face was tense with concentration.

¹"I know," she thought. "I'll build a pagoda." ²She scooped the sand up into a big pile, and then her hands began sculpting it carefully. ³The wet sand stuck together as she tried to mold it into a small pagoda that came to a point at the top.

^{1 2}"ทำเจดีย์ดีกว่า    ...."    เธอคิด ได้ แล้ว    ³และรีบตะล่อมทราย ขึ้น เป็นทรง สูง ใช้มือตบ แต่งอย่างระมัดระวัง    ⁴เม็ดทราย เปียก น้ำ เกาะ ตัวกัน แน่น เด็ก หญิงพยายามโปะแปะจนกลาย เป็นรูปเจดีย์เล็กๆ    มียอดเรียวแหลม

¹"It's like a pagoda at the temple. ²It looks exactly like it!" ³She admired her new handiwork, then started in on another pile just like the first one.

¹"เหมือนเจดีย์ ในวัดเลย... ²เหมือน จริงๆ    "    ³เธอชื่นชมกับ ผลงานชิ้นใหม่ จากนั้น ก็เริ่มก่อกองทราย ให้ เป็นรูปทรงเดียวกัน อีกกองหนึ่ง

¹The group of boys raced out of the water. ²Ripples grew into waves that crashed to the sand one after another. ³The washed up over the pagoda. ⁴The waves kept coming until they had washed the little girl's construction site smooth.

¹เด็กชาย กลุ่มนั้น วิ่งทะยาน ขึ้นจาก น้ำดัง ฉ่าฉาว    ²ผิว น้ำกระเพื่อมม้วน ตัว เป็น คลื่น ใหญ่ทบทยอย เข้าหา ฝั่งติดๆ    กัน    ³มันซัดเซาะกองทรายรูปเจดีย์ของเด็ก หญิงจนเว้าแหว่ง    ⁴และ หนุนเนือง เข้าซ้ำเติมจนกองทราย น้อยๆ    ทลายราบ

¹"Oh, no, not again!" she cried. ²She turned toward the boys, who were heading for the pool. ³The oldest boy, the one who liked to scold her, was leading the way. ⁴He was climbing up on a tree branch, and the others were following in line.

¹"พังอีก แล้ว" เด็ก หญิงร้องลั่น ²มองตามเด็ก ผู้ชายที่ มุ่งหน้า ไปทางวัง น้ำวน    ³เด็กชาย ตัวโตที่ชอบดุเธอ วิ่งนำ หน้า เขาพาพวก ไต่ ⁴ขึ้น ไปบนกิ่ง หลุมพอ เป็นพรวน    ปาก ก็ร้อง เสียงดัง ลั่น

¹"Who's brave enough to come up here?" he shouted. ²"We can dive into the water!"

¹"ใคร แน่ จริง ขึ้นมาเลย... ²มาโดดน้ำกันดีกว่า..."

¹The other boys, down below him, raced to follow him up, standing in line like a bunch of monkeys. ²As they climbed up, the branch bent down, almost touching the water, under their weight. ³It began to quiver and sway dangerously.

¹พวกที่ อยู่ข้างล่าง วิ่งตาม ขึ้น ไป อีก    ต่อ แถวกัน เป็นพรวนเหมอนฝูงลิง    ²กิ่งหลุมพอโน้ม ต่ำเรี่ย ผิว น้ำเพราะ ความหนัก ³มันแกว่งไหว ไปมาจนน่ากลัว

¹"One. ²Two. ³Three!" the oldest boy counted off, then hurled himself down. ⁴The water exploded in a sparkling splash, while the branch swung back, throwing the other boys into the water on top of one another's shoulders. ⁵The pool foamed up like a stormy sea.

¹"นึง    ²ส่อง    ³ส้าม    .."เด็กชาย ตัวโตนับ ขึ้น    พอ สิ้น เสียงนับ ก็ ทิ้ง ตัวลง ใน น้ำดัง ตูม    ⁴ผืนน้ำราบเรียบ ถูก แรงกระแทก แตกกระจาย เป็นฟองพราย พร้อมๆ    กับ ที่กิ่ง ไม้สะบัดเหวี่ยงอย่าง แรง กวาดพวก เด็กๆ    ที่ เหลือ ให้ร่วงตามลงมาขี่คอกันชุลมุน    ⁵วังวนปั่นป่วนแทบ จะ เป็นตม

¹The girl lost interest in them and went back to scooping up sand. ²She was making another pagoda. ³The waves kept pounding, and it was hard for her to build anything. ⁴Still, she kept trying.

¹เด็ก หญิงเลิก สน ใจ เด็กพวก นั้น อีกต่อ ไป    เธอหัน มาคุ้ยทราย ขึ้นมาใหม่ ²แล้วลงมือก่อ เป็นรูปเจดีย์ อีก    ³ริ้วคลื่นที่โหมกระหน่ำมา ไม่ยั้ง หยุดทำ ให้เธอ ไม่อาจก่อ ขึ้น ได้ง่ายๆ    ⁴กระนั้นเด็ก หญิง ก็ ไม่ สิ้น ความพยายาม

¹A voice came up from close by. ²"What are you doing?" ³She looked up and saw the smallest boy from her group standing there watching her curiously.

¹"ทำอะไรน่ะ"    ²เสียงถามดัง จากที่ ใกล้ๆ    ³เธอเงยหน้าขึ้น    พบ เด็กชายร่างเล็กที่มา ด้วยกัน ยืนจ้อง ด้วย ความสงสัย

¹"Why don't you go play with them?" she asked. ²Then she went back to her work.

¹"ทำไมไม่ ไป เล่นกับ พวก นั้น " เด็ก หญิงถาม    ²แล้วก้มหน้าก่อกองทรายต่อ

¹"The water's too deep for me. ²I'm afraid," the boy answered. ³He sat down and watched her with interest.

¹"น้ำลึก    ²ไม่กล้า เล่น" เด็กชายตอบ    ³เขาทรุด นั่งมองดู เด็ก หญิงอย่างสน ใจ

¹"What are you going to make? ²I saw you over here working for a long time." ³The boy asked again.

¹"แกจะทำอะไร    ²เห็นทำ อยู่นาน แล้ว" ³เขาถาม อีก

¹"It's a pagoda." ²She was trying to make the pointed top. ³But just at that moment a big wave from the pool swept through and wiped out the pagoda again.

¹"ทำเจดีย์"เด็ก หญิงพูด    ²เธอกำลังแต่งยอดเจดีย์ทราย ให้เรียวแหลม    ³แต่ แล้ว คลื่น ใหญ่จากวังวน ก็โถม เข้าเซาะจนแหว่ง ไป อีก ด้าน

¹"It's all gone," said the boy.

¹"พังหมดแล้ว" เด็กชายว่า

¹"It's not all gone. ²It's still here."

¹"ไม่หมด" เด็ก หญิงพูด    ²"มันยัง อยู่"

¹"Just wait. ²It'll get wiped out again." ³The boy moved a little closer.

¹"เดี๋ยว ²มันก็พัง อีก"    ³เด็กชายขยับ เข้ามา อีกนิด

¹The girl didn't say anything. ²But she moved around and sat with her legs spread out on either side of her work area. ³Working was easier now, because she was using her body to block the waves.

¹เด็ก หญิง ไม่พูดอะไร    ²แต่ย้ายที่ นั่งจากหาดทรายลง ไป ใน น้ำเธอ นั่งหัน หน้า เข้าหา ฝั่งกางขาออกคร่อมกองทราย ไว้    ³คราวนี้เธอก่อมัน ได้สะดวก ขึ้นเพราะมี ตัว เอง เป็น เครื่องกำบัง คลื่น

¹The rest of the boys kept climbing up on the branch and throwing themselves into the water. ²They were having a great time. ³The waves were still washing out over the side of the pool one after another. ⁴But the girl kept at her work. ⁵No matter how often the pagoda was destroyed, she started right back in building it again.

¹กลุ่ม เด็กที่ปีน ขึ้นบนกิ่ง หลุมพอ กระโดด น้ำถี่ แรง    ²เกมนี้พวก เขา สนุก สุดเหวี่ยง    ³วังวนยิ่งกระฉอก ไหวปั่น ป่วนก่อ คลื่น เข้าซัด ฝั่ง    ระลอก แล้วระลอก เล่า    ⁴เด็ก หญิง ยัง ไม่ สิ้น ความ ตั้ง ใจ    ⁵แม้ว่าเจดีย์ทรายของเธอต้องพังลง ไปหลาย ครั้ง หาก แต่เร่งมือหนัก ขึ้น

¹"There it goes again," said the boy after another wave swept through. ²"It's all gone."

¹"พังอีก แล้ว........ ²พังหมดเลย"เด็กชายพูด อีก    เมื่อเจดีย์ น้อย ถูก คลื่น กวาดลงราบเรียบ

¹"It's not all gone," the girl insisted.

¹"ไม่หมด" เด็ก หญิง ยืนยัน

¹"What do you mean? ²If it's washed away already, how can it still be here?" ³The boy was confused.

¹"อะไรกัน.. ²ทรายไปหมด แล้ว ยัง ไม่ ฟัง"    ³เด็กชาย ไม่ เข้า ใจ

¹"The sand isn't all gone. ²The sand is still right here."

¹"ทรายยัง ไม่หมด    ²มันยัง อยู่" เด็ก หญิงย้ำ

¹"I told you it's gone. ²It's all washed away, can't you see?"

¹"บอกว่าหมดแล้ว... ²มันไหลไปหมด แล้ว เห็น ไหม"

¹"It's not true." ²The girl scooped up more sand.

¹"ไม่ จริง" เด็ก หญิง เถียง ²เธอคุ้ยทรายขึ้นมา อีก

¹"The sand's still here, see?" ²She held up a handful. ³"They say it comes with the water. ⁴The water brings the sand every day. ⁵It will never run out. ⁶We have to keep building." ⁷She spoke with confidence.

¹"ทรายยัง อยู่ เห็น ไหมนี่..." ²เธอกอบทรายให้ดู    ³"เขาบอกว่ามันมากับ น้ำ    ⁴ทรายมากับน้ำทุกวัน ⁵มันไม่เคยหมด    ⁶เราต้องก่อขึ้นใหม่ ......"    ⁷เธอพูดอย่างมั่นใจ

¹"And then it will get washed out again. ²Those guys are still playing. ³Any minute now another wave will be here."

¹"แล้ว ก็พัง อีก    ²ก็พวก นั้น ยัง เล่น น้ำ อยู่นี่    ³เดี๋ยวคลื่น ก็มา อีก"

¹"So we'll build it again. ²If we make it as big as the pagoda in the temple, it can't be destroyed. ³Let the waves come. ⁴They'll never wash away everything." ⁵Her eyes shone brightly as she spoke.

¹"เราก็ก่อ ขึ้น อีก    ²ถ้าเราก่อ ให้กอง ใหญ่ และ สูง เท่าเจดีย์ที่ ในวัดมัน ก็ ไม่พัง    ³คลื่นมา ก็ ไม่พัง    ⁴ถึงพัง ก็ ไม่หมด"    ⁵เด็ก หญิงพูด    นั ยนต์ตาเปล่งประกาย

¹"If we build a big pile ... ²," the boy repeated. ³He was quiet for a moment; then he spoke again.

¹"ทำให้กอง ใหญ่....."    ²เด็กชายร่างเล็กทวน คำ    ³เขาเงียบ ไปครู่หนึ่ง แล้วพูด ขึ้น

¹"You know--it's true. ²If we make it as tall as the pagoda in the temple, it won't get washed away." ³He nodded and leaned down, digging in the sand. ⁴His hands were bigger and stronger than hers, so he could scoop up a lot with each fistful.

¹"เออ.....จริง    ²ถ้าเราทำ ให้ สูง เท่าเจดีย์ ในวัดมัน ก็ ไม่พัง"    ³เขาพยักหน้าหงึกๆ แล้วก้มลงขุดทรายบ้าง    ⁴มือของเขา ใหญ่ และ แข็ง แรงกว่าจึงคุ้ยทราย ขึ้น ได้ทีละมากๆ   

¹"We'll make it as tall as the pagoda in the temple!" he said.

¹"เราทำให้มัน สูง เท่าเจดีย์เลยนะ"

¹"That's right." ²The girl nodded. ³"And I'll get some red flowers to put at the top of it, too." ⁴She was getting excited. ⁵Both of them laughed loudly, together.

¹"ฮืมม์..... ²เด็ก หญิงพยักหน้า    ³"แล้วฉัน จะ เอาดอก ไม้ เงาะสีแดง ไป เสียบที่ยอดของมัน ด้วย"    ⁴น้ำ เสียงของเธอ ตื่น เต้น    ⁵แล้ว ทั้งสอง ก็ หัวเราะ ขึ้น พร้อมกันดัง ๆ

¹The stream was still flowing slowly along. ²The group of boys was still jumping into the water. ³The sun blazed over them like an umbrella in the sky, beating down on the stream. ⁴And, along the narrow beach, two children were still hard at work, building their giant sandpile.

¹ลำน้ำ ยังไหลเรื่อยริน    ²กลุ่ม เด็กชาย ยัง ไม่เลิก เล่นกระโด น้ำ    ³ตะวัน เที่ยงทรงกลดร้อน แรง อยู่บน ฟ้า    สาดแสงอาบท้อง น้ำประกายเจิดจ้า    ⁴และริมหาดทรายนั้น เด็กสองคนกำลังเร่งก่อกองทราย เป็นการ ใหญ่
